Spring Craves

Tuesday, March 18, 2014

The cold weather has officially done me in and I want some sunshine! I've spent the majority of my spring break online shopping, or more like online wish list making.
I am incredibly obsessed with this maxi dress from my all time favorite Lilly Pulitzer. I love the bright fun print. Not to mention, this is a versatilite dress that could be dressed up or dressed down!

I have spent countless hours scouring the internet for the perfect navy blue maxi dress. I'm just not willing to spend over $50. I wore my black maxi dress so much last spring/summer and I've decided I need more in my wardrobe. If anyone knows where I can find one, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. All of the links I have found on my endless Pinterest searches come up empty.

J. Crew's chino shorts are a staple in my closet. You can dress them up and dress them down. For spring and those cooler days, I like to throw my shorts on with a quarter-zip sweatshirt and my rainbow flip-flops for class! This spring/summer I am definitely going to pick up this positano blue pair and the neon flamingo pair!

What are your spring craves?

  1. I always buy a few new dresses for spring, I scored one yesterday for $11 from Ross. Fabulous. I also brushed up my work wardrobe this weekend thanks to a LOFT sale.

Stopping by from the NE bloggers FB page

  2. coming over from the facebook group-I like the shorts! they look so springy, which as a person living in New England, I can honestly say that it can't come soon enough. Great post!

  3. Cute dress choices! I deff do not need more shorts this year, I have tons already and don't even wear some of them! I am trying hard to not buy new clothes this spring... but we'll see!!

  4. I wish I could wear those long dresses, but since I am vertically challenged, they are always so long. Totally cute though!

And love the shorts, just don't think I could pull them off at my age :D

  5. I LOOOVE maxi's! I cannot wait until it's a wee bit warmer so I can break out my favorites!
