Five for Friday: Motivation Needed

Friday, April 4, 2014

I am going to be real honest for the next few minutes. I sucked this week. I blew my diet 75% of the time, found no time to blog, and am functioning on a lack of sleep. BUT I did focus on school and do great and I never skipped a workout. This weekend is going to be my re-do weekend. I am eating 100% clean and amping up my work outs.

Today I'd like to share five things that are motivating me for the upcoming nine days left of my challenge:

1. I've lost a total of 7 inches so far! That is great tome! My jeans fit better; my energy levels are up; my ring doesn't cut off my circulation; and I don't wake up bloated and with sausage-fingers. All of things are amazing and I've done it in only 15 days...Thanks Advocare!

2. Only 45 days left of school. HALLELUJAH! Although I am incredibly sad that most of my friends are graduating (don't worry I am only a semester behind), I am so ready to be done with this semester. The amount of studying I've done compared to the amount of fun I've had is not equal.

3. For the firs time in years, I will be in a bikini and I will look fabulous. Last year I wore a "mom bikini" which is fine except I am 21 and that is no longer acceptable in my world. I told myself if I reach my fitness/weight goals by my birthday, in 78 days, I will be splurging on this little number:

4. I am getting married in a little over a year. The venue is booked; the dress is ordered; the bridesmaids have been chosen; and I am determined to look HOT on my wedding day. Of course, I know Micah will think that regardless. My biggest goal is for once to not look at pictures of myself and think gross, and the good news is I have 428 days to reach my goal.

5. There are so many fun events coming up that I want to look my best for. This is my last semester as a collegiate member of Delta Delta Delta. Within the next two months, we have Parent's Brunch, Senior Spotlights, Formal, and Pansy Brunch. I've been looking forward to these moments for the past four years and I want to look and feel my best!

I hope everyone has a great weekend!

XOXO,
Emily
